Our Team comprises of well qualified engineers and supervisors who are come from fields like electronics, mechanical engineering and metallurgy. They all come with varied experience of over a decade from all round the industry and are well qualified to head their own departments. This team is led by our President and Director Ms Prieeyaporn Lekwatthanarot with help from our CEO and Director Mr. Praveen Kumar Singh.
Ms Prieeyaporn Lekwatthanarot is the President & Director of our company. She is dedicated to lead our organization along with its board and team and staff members to support and achieve our mission of becoming industry leader in manufacturing and trading of non-ferrous metals like zinc and lead and magnesium. Ms Prieeyaporn Lekwatthanarot is highly qualified and have completed her graduation in Business English while continuously improving her entrepreneurial skills. She is gifted with a great business sense and have a knack for the customer requirements and is filled with qualities like determination, grit, and innovation. She gives great importance to her team and believes that every member of her team is as important towards the functioning of the organization.
Mr. Praveen Kumar Singh is CEO & Director of our company and is again equally important part of our management team. He is marked with a series of achievements and brings his wealth of experience to lead this company effectively in its strategic path to achieve its long-term goals. He is known for his managerial skills which come handy in evaluation of organization functions, and manage board relations and recruitments, to sustain long term goals of the company.
Prior to stepping into his role in IPP Resources, Praveen have almost 29 years of experience in the field of Equipment Design, Maintenance, Operations, Quality Management, Total Productive Management, Balance Score Card, Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Marketing, Product Development, Business Setting up and Innovation. With over 30 publications in the field of Metal and Engineering in various international journal he has also worked in Four Continents, 14 countries with people of more than 30 nationality. With this global all-around experience, he is determined to take our company to next level and strive to gain excellence in every field right from operations to technical front to human resource.
He has done his graduation in mechanical engineering and Master of Science Engineering in Production Management from National Institute of Technology, India and Doctorate in Operations Management from California University USA.
